Each unit comes with a helical pile foundation – a durable, efficient solution that works in most settings, and is included in the base price. Prefer a concrete slab? We’re happy to coordinate that for you at an additional cost.

Yes, a building permit is required for any structure over 160 sq. ft in Ontario. We take care of all permits and compliance. You won’t have to manage any paperwork or zoning requirements.

Each unit is hand built in Vaughan, Ontario.

Delivery timelines vary by season and demand, but most units are ready within 4-6 weeks after permit approval.
