Every LOFTD unit includes:

Note: Golf technology (simulator, launch monitor, projector, etc.) is sold separately — and we guide you through the best options during the design phase.

• LOFTD Studio: approx. 19 ft deep x 12 ft wide

• LOFTD Lounge: approx. 28 ft deep x 12 ft wide

• Allow additional clearance behind or around the unit for delivery and setup.

We recommend either a concrete pad or helical piles, depending on your site. We’ll help you determine what works best during site prep.

Yes, a building permit is required for any structure over 160 sq. ft in Ontario. We take care of all permits and compliance. You won’t have to manage any paperwork or zoning requirements.

Each unit is hand built in Vaughan, Ontario.

Delivery timelines vary by season and demand, but most units are ready within 6–8 weeks after design approval.

We coordinate everything - from transport to positioning on-site. Your unit arrives fully built, weatherproofed, and ready for install.

LOFTD studios are compatible with all major launch monitors - including Foresight, TrackMan, Uneekor, SkyTrak, and more.

Yes - the layout and hitting area was designed to seamlessly support both left- and right-handed play.

Not at all. While built for golf first, your LOFTD space also works beautifully as a:
